We source our teas directly from estates and vacuum-seal them at the source to preserve aroma and flavor. Our inventory is stored in climate-controlled environments to prevent oxidation.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.

Can I return tea if I don't like the taste?

To maintain food safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days for a store credit or replacement.

Are your tea bags plastic-free and biodegradable?

Yes, our pyramid tea bags are made from plant-based PLA (corn starch) and are 100% compostable and plastic-free.

Do you offer organic or caffeine-free options?

Absolutely. We have a dedicated section for USDA Certified Organic teas, as well as a wide variety of caffeine-free herbal tisanes and rooibos blends.
